Buying Policy

Nui is an exclusively-online boutique. We understand the limitations this brings about fitting concerns. We have indicated all details the closest we can including size dimensions and fabric  to guide you. When in doubt, please send us your measurements and we will gladly assist you.

Currently, we only accept orders from the Philippines. If you are overseas, you are welcome to shop, please contact us first so we could make special arrangements (courier & logistics) with you. 

Should there be further queries about the products listed, you are most welcome to "submit inquiry". Please indicate item in your inquiry form.

 

For your shopping convenience : 

 

  •  Prices are FIXED and indicated for you to consider at the best of your budget.
  •  NO RESERVATIONS. In consideration to other interested buyers, please purchase only once you are decided. 
  •  We ask you to review your purchases carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted.
  •  Once check-out has been completed. ALL ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.
  •  Upon completion of Check-out, buyer will receive a confirmation email. An email that states your order number, order total and payment details.
  •  Payment should be SETTLED in 3 working DAYS before we re-list items to accomodate other interested buyers.

Easy steps :

1. Feel free to browse through the product catalogue.

2. Click the item to see description, sizes, colors and inventory.

You need to click the colors available to see the color of item change.

3. Check available quantity beside the colors of each items.

4. Click "ADD TO SHOPPING CART" if you want to purchase and indicate quantity you like to purchase.

 You can buy  multiple items and continue reviewing  your shopping cart list.

5.  To submit your order form please click "CHECKOUT" on your shopping cart page or  "CANCEL" if you wish to cancel.

Once all your orders are in your shopping cart. Please review well. All orders are FINAL and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once you check-out.

6. Upon check-out, you will receive an email confirming your orders. Together with the email are the payment details and terms and condition of your purchase.

7. You may then check the status of your order (after a few days)  via "Order Status" on the nuiclothing.com homepage (lower portion) by typing your order number and email address.

Out of Stock Items :

Occasionally, high traffic and simultaneous orders causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an out-of-stock email notice and the item will be removed from your order. Please note that you will not be charged for any out of stock items. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.
 
Colors :

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products online. However, since the actual color you see will depend on your monitor, actual product maybe a shade lighter or darker.

 Size Color & Availabilty :

 You can see what sizes or colors are available for a particular item by clicking on the item from the product catalog page. When you click on the button, available sizes or colors will show in the pop-up window. If the size or color are not shown, then the item is sold out.

For Philippine buyers :

Metro Manila : Via Xend Express : Please add 50.00 for shipping.
Provincial : Via Air21 / JRS : Please add 100.00 for shipping.

FREE SHIPPING for Php 1,500.00 up.

 

SHIPMENT SCHEDULE :

 Day 1 : Payment is confirmed.

 Day 2 : Package is sent to courier.

 Day 3 : Package is delivered to the buyer.

Please note that processing of shipment will be the day after payment confirmation is made. If you need the item on a certain day, kindly adjust payment date accordingly. Transit time takes about a day or two depending on your location. Track number will be provided upon request.

No shipments on weekends. If  payment is received on Sat or Sunday, shipment will be for Monday.

 

RETURN EXCHANGE :

We DO NOT offer any return/exchange for items that do not meet your expectations in fitting/liking. Please read the description and measurements  carefully before making a buy. You are also welcome to consult us regarding your best size fit.

However, if you received  an item that was hugely misrepresented or defective, item CAN BE returned and exchanged (not over purchase price) within 3 days. Item  should not be used, washed or worn. Shipping fees are non-refundable and buyer shoulders shipping cost back to seller.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can take care of you.

 

FAQ's

1. Do you have a store ? 

None as of the moment. We are an exclusively-online boutique.

2. Do you accept orders outside the nuiclothing.com ?

No. All orders should be placed here. 

3. If item is "sold out", do you re-stock ?

No we dont. Everything runs on a limited basis. Once sold out, its done with. Unless there is great demand for it. 

4.What happens if item does not fit ?  

We do not return or exchange merchandise that does not meet your expectations in fitting / liking. That's why it is very important to check first our size chart  before purchasing. When in doubt, please do send us your measurements or body-type and we will gladly assist you.  

5. I haven't received my order yet. What do i do?

Please contact and inform us so we can provide you with the shipping, tracking and courier details. The usual cause of delay is location. You might need to call courier and give them landmarks to your location.

6. I received a defective / wrong merchandise, what do i do?

Please contact and inform us right away so we can take care of this. We will provide you with the process how to go about it.

 7. Re : Swimwear : Do you sell mixed sizes ?

 No we dont.

8.  Re : Swimwear : Do you accept made-to-orders ?

 No we dont.

9. Do you accept wholesalers ?

Yes we do. But we only accept wholesalers with standing stores. Please contact us for wholesale inquiry.
